Product description: From a multitude of excellent cheeses this one is unusual due to its fine winter-truffle aroma. It is produced according to a traditional procedure made with raw sheep milk and the finest premium winter truffle. It then has to go through several months before maturing.
Usage: It is the perfect aperitif for special occasions to be enjoyed with a glas of excellent wine.
