* 10 slices of tender beef, cut into thin slices
* Half a tbsp Black Truffle Oil
* Parmesan cheese
* Lemon juice
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Marisol Flos Salis
* Pepper


1. Place the beef slices on a serving plate;
2. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl;
3. Pour the mixture over the meat;
4. Add truffle oil;
5. Add Parmesan cheese;
6. Dish up and serve.


It also taste great on a fresh baguette bread.
