* 500 gr fresh Tagliatelle
* 125 gr butter
* 150 gr Gruyère-cheese
* 50 g Black Winter Truffle – Brushed
* 1 egg
* 1 dl vegetable broth
1. cook the Tagliatelle with salt and water;
2. Mix in a bowl butter, egg, grated cheese, parsley, broth and the thinly sliced truffles in their juice;
3. Pour out the water and place the Tagliatelle directly in a bowl;
4. Blend everything together;
5. Dish up and serve.
This recipe can be made with fresh truffles.
