Ingredients:

* Baguette bread
* Fresh truffles
* Black Truffle Oil
* Marisol Flos Salis

Preparation:

1. Slice the truffles in fine slices using the truffle grater or a Microplane®-grater;
2. Pour Fungilicious® truffle oil on the grated truffles and let them absorb the oil for about 15 minutes;
3. Place the grated truffles on thin slices of baguette;
4. Gehobelte /Geriebene Trüffel auf Baguette-Scheiben legen;
5. Add Flor Salis as preferred;
6. Dish up and serve.
